Bette Ann Muth

GARNER - Bette Ann Muth, 74, of Garner died Monday, October 1, 2012 at Mercy Medical Center - North Iowa in Mason City.

Memorial services will be held 10:30 A.M., Thursday, October 4th at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Garner with Pastor Dale Glawatz officiating. Inurnment will be at a later date in Concord Township Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 P.M., Wednesday at the Cataldo Funeral Chapel, 160 E. 4th St., in Garner and will continue one hour prior to services at the church.

Memorials may be directed to the Bette Ann Muth Memorial Fund.

Bette Ann Muth, the daughter of Delmar and Maxine (Ziesmer) Arnold, was born April 14, 1938 in Garner. She attended Garner High School. She was married to Charles A. Goll and to this union six children were born. They later divorced. Bette Ann worked various jobs in Garner while raising her children. On May 31, 1997 she was married to Roger Muth at McIntosh Woods in Clear Lake. She enjoyed her family, grandchildren and camping.

She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church and LWML.

Bette Ann is survived by her husband, Roger, of Garner; three children, Christopher (Holly) Goll of Garner, Robert (Patty) Goll of Ankeny and Sherrie (Brad) Fandel of Garner; step-daughter, Marta (Al) Eenhuis of Mason City; step-son, Mike (Moni) Muth of Britt; twelve grandchildren; eight step-grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; infant twins, Donald and Donna; and son, Edward Goll in 2002.
